The work investigates the silent violence embedded in governance, where bodies become collateral within ideological frameworks and administrative decisions. Set against a stark, divided landscape, the figures occupy a space of tension—caught between authority and consequence, visibility and neglect. The composition presents fragmented actions occurring simultaneously: a body bent and restrained, another standing exposed and vulnerable, a figure turned away in indifference, and one engaged in an act of control. The absence of direct confrontation between the figures underscores the disconnect between decision-makers and those affected by their decisions. Between Politics & Policies questions the ethical distance between intention and impact. The work invites viewers to confront the uncomfortable space where policy ends and lived reality begins—a space where power is exercised not loudly, but relentlessly.
